Relaunch of the PCEC Congo Brazzaville Programme
The official restart of the PCEC, in accordance with the decision of the Inter-ministerial Order n°5306, is set for July 4, 2023.
As a proud partner of ACONOQ, Cotecna can accompany your exports of all regulated products. As a reminder, Cotecna's mandate is to verify the conformity of products to the standards and requirements applicable in the Republic of Congo.
Regulated Products
All regulated products imported into Congo will require a Certificate of Conformity.

Certification process & Fees
Your certificate of conformity will be obtained through one of the following three routes, the fees for which are listed below:

| Route B | 0,45 % | 300 € | 7000 € |
| Route C | 0,27% | 220 € | 7000 € |
