The Nueva Palmira Laboratory is equipped to analyze cereals, oil seeds, vegetable by-products, and vegetable oils and fats. Our analytical procedures follow the recommendations of GAFTA, FOSFA, and other official technical bodies.

The Infratec TM is a solid, easy to use and reliable device that applies the latest advances in infrared (NIR) technology. It facilitates the task of quality control with its connectivity and easy handling.

This equipment allows us to measure different parameters such as: Moisture, Protein, Fat, Specific Gravity, Starch, Wet Gluten, Fiber, Ash and many more.
