Cotecna COO Romain Petit's Visit to China

Accompanied by China’s senior management team, Romain started his China visit from Cotecna’s newly acquired Extensive Standard Technical Services (ESTS). Romain congratulated ESTS team on its move into the new office in the International Trade Cener, Dongguan’s iconic landmark, and inspired the team to emulate the building’s prominence for expanded services and enhanced market influence.

Throughout this extensive and productive trip across China, Romain met with various management teams, including Cotecna China, Kaixin Certification, Baier Food Testing, Toby CPS, and ESTS Certification. The local team updated Romain on current status of business operations and action plans accordingly, and Romain shared insights and guidance on driving growth and success in alignment with China market dynamics and Group strategies and objectives.

The meetings with key clients, business partners and local teams in Hangzhou, Shanghai, and Beijing proved to be productive, centering on China’s most recent market developments and trends, complemented by an insightful analysis of global economic landscape, which are essential for Cotecna’s operations in China.

This is the second visit to China that Romain has made in 2024, underscoring Cotecna’s confidence in and dedication to China market. China plays a pivotal role in the Group’s global vision and strategic roadmap, with its ever-extended services and expanded presence.
